Checkout the most visited website in Nigeria, and it's not what you expect!
Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox (MMM) known as MMM Nigeria has been ranked as the most recent visited site in the country by the California-based company, Alexa Internet.
Alexa provides analytical insights to benchmark, compare and optimize businesses through ranking on its platform.
The scheme which the Central Bank of Nigeria described as Ponzi scheme ranked most visited site in Nigeria before Nairaland.com, Jumia.com, Twitter and far ahead of Lindaikeji.com, Vanguard newspaper and others.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) had on November 1, 2016 warned Nigerians against the use of MMM describing it as a Ponzi scheme company.
A check by Nigerian Bulletin shows that MMM Office is No 6 on the Alexa ranking with MMM Nigeria website on the 18th position immediately after Konga.com, the popular e-commerce site.
The ranking showed that over 99% of Nigerian young graduates are participating in the scheme while over 40% college students also engaged in the scheme, while 75% male and 25% female participating.
The report further stated that 65 percent of participating audience engaged in the business from work and about 24 percent from school environments.
The MMM Nigeria spiked in second quarter of 2016 following a negative growth in the country’s economy which slide into recession.
Recall that Members of the House of Representatives ordered its committee on Banking, Currency, and Financial Crimes to investigate the activities of Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox (MMM) scheme in Nigeria.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara said the house called for the investigation following growing concerns that the scheme is a scam.
The House worried that the scheme in Nigeria is not being regulated by any financial regulatory body and that many Nigerians may lose their investments like other participants of the scheme in Russia that have previously lost their investments.

Porn star claims Snoop Dogg's 22year old son Corde raped her...exposes alleged details on Facebook
Snoop Dogg's 22 year old son, Corde Broadus is being accused of raping a pornstar. The pornstar, Leya Falcon went on Facebook yesterday and described a horrible encounter that she claims happened between her and the “son of a celebrity.” She alleges she was drugged and raped.
She didn't mention the person's name but 'Therealpornwikileaks.com' identified the person she was talking about as Snoop Dogg’s son Corde Broadus and claimed they got Leya’s permission to post her full story on their site. Read after the cut...
Here is how she started off her allegations:

Here is how she started off her allegations:
I remember way back when I was a young girl seeing your father, listening to your father, basically idolizing your father, so when I found out that he had a television show showcasing him and his family I was nothing short of ecstatic, I tuned into it every single week. She claims the two met up, and that he drugged her:
Though I watched it mainly for your father, I thought you were the cutest little thing and the way the show portrayed your family is that yourself and your siblings were raised very well, I was disappointed when the show was cancelled but that was that until a few years later about a year after I started my career in adult films I came across something someone re-tweeted of you and I clicked and thought wow that cute little boy grew up into a very attractive man but I should have left it at that.
On the way to my car I took another sip of my drink and asked you to hold my cup for a second while I put my jacket on because I was a little cold and that is where I firmly believe you very stealthily snuck something into my drink, something that would immobilize me, erase my memory and allow you to do whatever it was you wanted to do to me.Source: MediaTakeOut.com
We got into my car, you went into the driver’s seat, I plugged in my ipod, took another sip of my drink and went back to trying to find a good song on my ipod to listen to on the way to wherever we were going to decide to go and the next thing I know is I wake up naked, completely disoriented, my vagina feeling swollen and torn like never before, I was covered in vomit and somehow made it upstairs to the room I was staying in.
Rae Sremmurd's 'Black Beatles' Is The New No. 1 Song In America
After 12 weeks in a row at No. 1, “Closer” finally steps aside to make room for a new song at the top of the charts here in America, and it’s a hit single that few saw coming.
“Black Beatles,” the latest release from hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd, has taken the crown, surprising many in the process. The track, which is now the biggest single of the pair’s career, only broke into the top 10last week, when the song settled at No. 9. A jump from ninth to first is rare, and it just goes to show the incredible rate at which people are listening to, buying, and spreading “Beatles” across the internet.
The hip-hop tune is catchy and was working its way up the charts on its own, but it really has a viral sensation to thank for its chart-topping success. The song has been soundtracking the “mannequin challenge,” the latest viral video craze that sees people posing and staying still with a cameraperson showing how many people are involved and what crazy poses they have. For those that haven’t seen an example of this yet (have you not been on the internet for the past few weeks?), think of it like being inside a photograph. Thousands of these videos have been created and shared across social media in the past few weeks, with everyone from Hillary Clinton’s team to Sir Paul McCartney himself getting in on the fun.
The ascent of “Black Beatles” finally ends the lengthy reign of “Closer,” the international smash from The Chainsmokers and Halsey. The track, which is featured on the duo’s just-releasedCollage EP (which debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 this week), ruled the singles tally for 12 uninterrupted weeks, making it the longest-running No. 1 hit in over a year. This week, it moves down just one peg, and it’s sure to remain in the region for weeks to come.
“Black Beatles” is an enormous win for both Rae Sremmurd and featured vocalist Gucci Mane charting-wise, as it easily marks a new highpoint for both acts. Before last week, both Rae Sremmurd and Gucci Mane had never broken into the top 10 before, let alone come close to the No. 1 spot. Both have charted a handful of top 40 hits in their careers, but this frame is an exceptional achievement for all involved.
NCC threatens to sanction MTN, other networks over unsolicited telemarketing messages
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has given telecom operators one week ultimatum to comply with the directive of ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND), issued by the body on April 20th, 2016, to address unwanted messages received by subscribers or face sanction.
According to a statement released today in Abuja by the Director of Public Affairs of the commission, Mr Tony Ojobo; NCC had written to all 13 networks providers in Nigeria, on whose networks the body had received series of complaints from subscribers regarding adherence to the ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) service rule issued to them by NCC.
Tony Ojobo said;
“The commission has engaged mobile network operators on this subject. 13 network operators risk severe sanctions by the commission. The network operators are Airtel Network Ltd., MTN Nigeria, Globacom Nigeria, Smile Communication, Visafone Comm unications, Ntel, Etisalat, Multi links, Starcomms, Danjay Telecoms, Gamjitel Ltd. and Gicell wireless. They are however given another one-week ultimatum from Monday, Nov. 14, to remedy the situation or face the sanctions enshrined in the directive. Worried by the non-compliance by the operators occasioned by deluge of complaints by subscribers across Nigeria, the NCC inaugurated an eight-member committee to look into the matter. After several meetings, including those it held with the network providers, it became necessary to issue the latest ultimatum to redress the menace of incessant unsolicited text messages and phone calls for telemarketing via the various networks. With respect to only information on emergencies for example, national security, fire notifications on network maintenance programmes down times and notification regarding subscribers bundle usage and service renewals. Other text messages and voice calls informing subscribers of new products and service offerings are not regarded as network generated and therefore regarded as “unsolicited marketing messages. The NCC has therefore asked these network providers to ensure that information on the Do Not Disturb service should be disseminated after every revenue generating activity via the End of Call Notification (EOCN) for the period not less than 45 days within the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily from the receipt of the latest letter on the subject. The operators are also admonished to deploy this information through all their channels of communications, including websites, social media platforms, bill boards, flash messages, text messages, Interactive Voice Response platform, radio jingles, newspapers advertisements and television commercials.”
Ojobo said that this notice served as a pre-enforcement notice and failure to comply with the directives in furtherance of the direction of April 20 within seven days from Nov. 14, 2016 shall result in the imposition of appropriate sanctions, adding that the menace of unsolicited text messages that find their ways into subscribers phones have been a nightmare to millions of subscribers and the commission would no longer accept any excuses whatsoever from the network providers, henceforth.

Ex-banker turned Hollywood producer could be Trump's Treasury secretary
A leading choice to be Donald Trump's Treasury secretary is a campaign fundraiser and ex-banker who profited from both the housing meltdown and Bernie Madoff's ponzi scheme.
Steven Mnuchin is literally a child of Wall Street. His father was a partner at Goldman Sachs, and so was he. He worked for the firm for 17 years and reportedly earned $46 million.
These days he is a Hollywood producer, putting out films including this past summer's "Suicide Squad" as well as "American Sniper" and "The Lego Movie." His latest film, due in theaters this month, is called "Rules Don't Apply."
Mnuchin joined the Trump campaign as finance chairman in May, and sources tell CNN he made it clear early that he wanted the treasury job. He is already recruiting deputies, and a source in the financial lobby said that the industry is already open to the idea.
The post oversees banking regulation, financial markets, federal government debt and the IRS.
Mnuchin has built a career of controversy and contradictions.
He has contributed to both Republican and Democratic candidates, including Hillary Clinton's Senate campaigns and 2008 presidential run. He gave to Barack Obama's Senate and presidential campaigns and to Charles Schumer, the new Democratic leader in the Senate.
Mnuchin also worked with George Soros, the billionaire financier who has bankrolled liberal candidates and causes -- and who was depicted as a villain in Trump's last campaign ad.

ZARA SUED, SOMEONE SMELLS A RAT IN HER DRESS
A woman is suing clothing giant Zara over a rat -- or at least part of one -- that she says was sewn into the hem of a dress she'd bought off the rack.
Cailey Fiesel says she snapped up the dress at Zara's Greenwich, CT store in July, and when she finally wore it to work a few weeks later she noticed a "disturbingly pungent odor."
Later on that day, Cailey says she noticed a loose string rubbing against her leg, and when she reached down felt an unusual bulge in the dress. That's when she realized the string was actually the leg of a dead rodent.
Cailey says she developed a large rash that doctors diagnosed as a rodent born disease. She's suing for unspecified damages.
We reached out to Zara, but so far ... they ain't talking rats.

China's Xi Jinping calls Donald Trump for a talk
Chinese President Xi Jinping has told US president-elect Donald Trump that cooperation was the only choice for relations between the world's two largest economies, with Trump saying the two had established a "clear sense of mutual respect".
Intense speculation has swirled over the impact of Trump's win on China-US issues - from global trade and climate change to the security balance in the Asia-Pacific.
Trump lambasted China throughout the US election campaign, drumming up headlines with his pledges of slapping 45 percent tariffs on imported Chinese goods, and labelling the country a currency manipulator.
His election has injected uncertainty into relations at a time when Beijing hopes for stability as it faces daunting reform challenges at home, slowing growth, and a leadership reshuffle of its own that will put a new party elite around Xi in late 2017.
In their first interaction since the US election, Chinese state media said Xi told Trump in a telephone call on Monday that as the world's largest developing and developed economies, there were many areas where China and the United States could cooperate.
The Robot Will Take Your Order Now: America Lags Behind In Tech-Based Food Ordering
Craving fried chicken in Shanghai? A voice-activated robot can take your order at a KFC concept store there.
Burger King customers in Seoul are paying for their Whoppers with the location-based mobile electronic “Syrup Wallet.”
And if you need a super-fast Bacon & Egg Muffin from Hungry Jack’s in Australia, just pre-set the radio frequency-enabled Brekk-E-Tagwith your go-to order, clip it to your car’s sun visor, and breakfast will be ready for you when you hit the drive-thru.
When it comes to tech-assisted restaurant ordering, the future is now–especially if you live in Asia or the Middle East. America, however, is playing catch-up.
That doesn’t mean consumers in the United States don’t want to be able to place food orders via robot or tablet or radio frequency-enabled chips. Far from it, in fact.
Among those in the coveted 18- to 34-year-old demographic, 77% want or expect mobile ordering at fast-food restaurants and 83% feel the same way about fast-casual chains, according to Technomic’s 2016 Future of LSR: Fast-Food & Fast-Casual Consumer Trend Report.
